- Everyone is assigned a number which is printed on a sticker and worn on your shirt. The number you wear coincides with the message board.
- See someone you fancy or chatted with? Write them a message and hand it to the mailmen and mailwomen at the message board, it will get placed into their numbered inbox.
- In addition to the assigned number, everyone is given a matchbox with a special word inside. Work the room to find the identical matchbox word on someone else. Once you find your match go to the bar with your matchboxes and receive a free drink or prize.
- Check your message board regularly throughout the night just like you would do online. What happens next is up to you!
